  • Why can't I complete the checkout process?

    Try checking your email and see if you have received a verification of a finished order process from OnePlus. If you have, you are ready and only need to wait for the product to be delivered. 
    If you haven’t received an email from us, try checking your spam folder or try using another email address.

    If it still doesn't work, there might be something wrong with the checkout page. Usually, this fixes itself within a couple of minutes, so try again after a while.
