Job description

Responsibilities
  • Adept at managing administrative activities involving purchase of equipment, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, safety, security etc
  • Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities
  • Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc
  • Purchasing, Implementation and operations of Security and Surveillance
  • Vendor management- Oversee acquisition, installation and commissioning of equipments that are required for the facility
  • Event Management, organizing meetings, conferences, making travel arrangements and hotel reservations as required  
  • Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees. 
  • Acting as info-hub for providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash, courier, florist, pest control, housekeeping, etc. 
  • Specialization in handling back office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc. 
  • Responsible for all Facility Management related activities such as upkeep and maintenance of all buildings and infrastructure.
  • Attend and immediately resolve all the complaints received related to facilities.
  • To ensure minimum down time for all the utilities and services.
  • To maintain records of building documents.
  • Preparing work permits and work orders.
  • Vendor Management and AMC negotiations.
  • Maintaining Data and Operational records
  • Follow up with vendors for daily requirements
Requirements
  • 1 to 3 yrs experience handling Administration work - Office admin, housekeeping, Stationary and Security
  • Good communication skills
  • MS Office MS Excel and Power point knowledge is a mandate
  • Visa Processing and traveling
  • Coordinate with centralized team
  • Fluent speaking English
