  • Propose and execute on strategic partnerships that move OnePlus forward as a brand in the Nordic countries
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to business development and partnership strategies based on analysis and feedback
  • Screen potential partnerships by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities
  • Develop long lasting strategic partnerships with other businesses and startups, estimating and fulfilling partners' needs and goals
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Every candidate must provide a CV in English
  • 3+ years in the mobile industry in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Demonstrable results in closing business deals, yielding positive results
  • Undergraduate in business, marketing, communications, or related field, master's degree is a plus
  • Some experience working with carriers and/or traditional retailers highly preferred
  • Deep understanding or experience working with a challenger brand highly preferred
  • Ability to articulate business requirements and motivate interest in OnePlus
  • Strong analytical ability; data-driven approach to understanding and solving problems
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, as well as Swedish, Danish or Finnish
  • Intimate understanding of local cultures and market trends
  • Willing to relocate short-term or travel regularly for business
