Senior Recruiting Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with BU Managers & Leaders to identify recruiting requirements
  • Act as the communication bridge between candidates and company to help the company hire top talents from around the world
  • Maintain the candidate pool and support the hiring manager to track recruiting progress
  • Keep developing recruiting channels for positions of different functions
  • Control and optimize the recruiting process
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, with human resources or related major
  • Technical recruiting experience a plus
  • At least 3 years of recruiting experience, headhunter experience is preferred
  • Background in a mobile/internet company and previous working experience with people from diverse cultural backgrounds is a preference
  • A logical thinker, result driven, and open-minded
  • Excellent communication, coordination and information analysis skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and spoken Mandarin are required, other languages are a plus
  • Can work efficiently under pressure and works well in a team
