Job description
We are looking for Store Executives for our OnePlus Experience Store in Bangalore.
Responsibilities
  • Perform the role of the product Expert
  • To achieve the daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
  • To meet and improve conversion ratios on a continuing basis
  • To increase the average transaction value per customer by moving the customer up the value chain during the selling process
  • To encourage multiple product sales by effective cross-selling across sub-categories
  • Enhance conversion ratios and average transaction values through satisfactory consumer counseling.
  • To understand customers’ needs and expectations
  • To map products and services to customer’s needs and need gaps.
  • To ensure that the complete set of customer’s needs are met starting from enquiry to closure of the
  • To ensure customer grievances, if any, are effectively addressed and resolved
  • To satisfy customer needs and expectations in terms of advance product information.
  • To create repeat customers through building customer relationships.
  • Participate in market surveillance activities
  • Constantly seek to update own knowledge of products within the sub-category
  • Participate in the regular Training programs to enhance functional and behavioural skills.
  • Maintain an effective and consultative selling approach.
  • Creation of add on product/service offerings
