Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of Android OS
  • Good understanding of mobile related concepts, Network Infrastructure, OEMs and IS Standards
  • Excellent analytical skills to debug customer complaints
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel across India
  • Ability to deliver best user experience to OnePlus Mobile users
  • Moderator in technical forums will be an advantage
Responsibilities
  • Testing of the OnePlus devices to meet the quality standards and deliver on the customer satisfaction
  • Technical support and guidance to the service centers for best user experience
  • Capture logs and debug issues from service centers
  • Collect customer feedbacks from various sources
  • Analysis of customer feedback and deliver best user experience
  • Ensure smooth communication across different teams involved in quality and customer satisfaction
  • Manage reported issues and track build releases
  • Provide regular reports on status, testing progress and quality judgments
