Job description
In this role you'll work closely with our Product, Brand, Regional and Platform teams as a primary point of contact for marketing new products (both hardware and software), and ensure on-time & high quality global & regional launches. Also, you will evangelize cross-functional teams and stakeholders about localization processes and best practices. Strong project management, relationship management and close collaboration with regional & marketing managers are a must.
 
You should also be able to work on several projects at once, while keeping on schedule and within budget. You'll be expected to conduct regular meetings with your team, present progress reports, and analyze the results of completed projects.
 
Interested candidates should have a proven track record of high quality marketing large scale or global project/program management experience, a passion for OnePlus' vision and mission, and great attention to details.
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end marketing of new products across all supported regions, from initial planning & strategy, to delivery of projects, and post mortem
  • Manage localized execution of marketing campaigns across different regions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all cross-functional stakeholders related to new product area, and ensure global launches are on time with high degree of quality
  • Proactively lead internal and cross-functional initiatives to identify areas for process improvements across the Sales and Marketing Center
  • Handle market research to establish decision-making factors, report actionable findings and adjust strategy appropriately
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must
  • 3 years of project/program management experience in high-tech industry on the client side is a must, any experience working in Marketing or understanding for data-driven marketing principles is preferred
  • Great understanding of localization and internationalization issues. Hands on experience in North America, Europe and India is preferred
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently and be able to chart direction of projects/programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders across businesses and leadership levels
