The OnePlus Country Manager for Netherlands is responsible for the sales and marketing of OnePlus products within the Netherlands, building relationships and creating the business conditions for sustained growth whilst working closely with the European and HQ Sales, Marketing and Product teams in order to achieve business targets. This role is based in the Netherlands with frequent travel to London.



Responsibilities
  • Identify sales opportunities and drive sales growth for OnePlus within the Netherlands market to achieve business objectives and sales plan
  • Development of a detailed rolling 3-6 months Sales Plan for the Netherlands supported by robust sales forecasting processes that shows how the Business Plan will be delivered.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and solve customers’ problems and demands
  • Utilizing the segmentation model and market intelligence, establish the country requirements, strategy and plans, together with building an understanding of competitor sales strategy/plans in OnePlus’ target segments.
  •  Maintain effective internal communication to ensure that all internal stakeholders (such as Manufacturing, Product) are kept informed of the country performance and of any issues or opportunities that arise.
  •  Create and implement marketing plans for the go to market strategies of OnePlus and to support sell-in and subsequently drive sell-out of the products in their respective channels
  •   Act as OnePlus’ spokesperson
Requirements
  • Understanding of OnePlus strategic and competitive position
  • 5+ years sales experience within the consumer electronics (smartphone preferred) sector and working with operators within the Netherlands is essential
  • Demonstrable track record of being able to attract new business, develop an account and continually deliver against targets essential
  • Self-starter with a strong record of recently operating in a standalone sales role, an open minded approach and a willingness to learn are essential skills
  • Experience of building and maintain senior level relationships above their own level and developing these relationships for business benefit required
  • A willingness to be accountable for all aspects of growing sales within the Netherlands
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach to sales with ability to thrive in a small but growing team whilst juggling many tasks and prioritizing for success are key requirements for this role
  • Excellent communications, networking and analytical sales skills are key to success in this role
