OnePlus is seeking an exceptional individual to help lead, structure, and coordinate our marketing activities in Netherlands. This job requires a great understanding of different marketing activities, a good knowledge of the media landscape as well as a very rigorous approach to project management. You should be comfortable about engaging conversations with new people and have outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills. Being a cross-discipline function, you need to be very structured in your work approach and have excellent organizational skills.
 
This is a full-time position based in the Netherlands and will report to OnePlus’ Head of Europe Marketing, in London. However, it’s expected that the candidate will spend 25% of their time traveling.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the Market strategy in Netherlands
  • Plan, develop and execute growth strategies to ensure increase of sales and brand awareness within the region
  • Engage and grow our community via a robust series of offline events  
  • Ensure marketing plans are fully integrated across all channels including PR at a pan-European level
  • Build, develop and manage local marketing partnerships focused on growing the user-base
  • Building and managing digital media/content media strategy in Netherlands
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A pro-active self-starter that can take ownership of the brand, message and marketing activities in the region
  • Proven marketing experience in an in-house or agency environment
  • Experience in brand partnerships, experiential and digital media/content marketing
  • Consumer product and tech industry experience preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills – including the ability to represent the business at the highest levels internally and externally
  • Comfortable with tight deadlines and ability to handle changing requirements as well as multiple overlapping projects at one time
  • Excellent writing and communications skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
