  • How do I cancel an order?

    You can cancel your order before it ships by submitting a ticket. Please make sure to choose Cancellation as the issue!

    However, once your order status has been changed to “Processing”, your package will be on its way to the address that you provided. In this case, you may refuse the parcel and send us a cancellation request saying you've done so. We'll issue you a full refund when we confirm the package has been returned to our warehouse.
